PIG BOOK

One of the artists in our currrent show "Going Dutch" Christien Meindertsma has compiled a book entitled "Pig". We have copies on sale at the moment. It is a fascinating insight into which parts of a pig are used in hundreds of products we use in daily life. Christien became interested in where the materials came from for her work and began research which lead to the book.
